We are seeking a very senior candidate for a mid-size accounting firm in Vancouver or South Surrey. Our client, a Chartered Accounting firm focuses on privately held organizations.

We are looking for a professional who has extensive experience with private companies. This position will require the candidate to focus on business development for the firm and some audit work. The ideal candidate can join the firm at a Senior Manager level or a non-equity partner at first. The candidate has the ability dictate when he/she will become an equity partner.

What we are looking for:

An ideal candidate can come from another firm or from someone who wants to merge his current book of business with our client. We would be looking for someone who is at a minimum, Senior Manager position at a competing firm.

Requirements:

• an Accounting Designation
• extensive experience with owner-managed firms
• Senior Manager or above at a competing public practice firm

Compensation:

Due to the level of the position, salaries will be based on the level of candidate. There is no salary cap on the position. Our client provides a very competitive benefits package as well with many perks.
